THE RESTAURANT

53 restaurants in the Haute-Vienne invite you to come and taste their dishes created using quality local products: Limousin beef and veal, cul noir (black bottom) pork, duck, fruit and vegetables, apples, sweet chestnuts, saffron…

In real terms, the restaurants commit to using 3 local products per day in their cuisine.
